Inspection and Testing Facility

We conduct certain inspection and testing facility that adhere to the relevent ISI norms that ensure that our customer get only high quality and zero-defect products. The following are the tests that are conducted after painting for conforming the parts, like,

Scratch Hardness Test
Corrosion Resistance Test (Neutral Salt Spray Test)

Infrastructure

Packaging

Our products are known to be packed in a very unique manner and thus sets a standard of it's own which has no competition at least in India. Here are some packaging details that are followed by our company, like,

Shelves are packed by wrapping them with corrugated cardboard and then hoped with plastic straps
Slotted angles are collected in bunches of 10-16 angles and then wrapped with corrugated cardboard and then bound together with steel wires so that they stay intact and safe
Wooden boxes are used to pack small components like plates, bolts and nuts
